The first step is to Register. It’s likely you’ll see a bar across the top of your page that allows you to choose to login or register. If you are on a smaller device (such as your phone) and don’t see that, you can scroll to the bottom of any page and it will give you the option to login (beneath that it will also offer you a link to register).

When registering be sure to input a valid email address because it will send you an email to finish verifying your account for If you have any trouble registering send us a DM on twitter.

Once you click the link in your email you’ll be ready to set up your profile!

It’s very easy to use our social media interface, but a little bit different than you might be used to. Once you are registered and logged in, at the top of your screen you will see where it says “Howdy, *your name here*”. If you hover over that it will become a drop down that will show you options.

Simply click on Edit My Profile and it will take you to a page that has the options for you to upload a Profile Photo and Change Cover Image.

After you select one of those options you will then be given an option to drag and drop the image or select your file just like you would anywhere else.

That’s it! Easy peasy!

Your profile will look something like this:

And you can post whatever you want on it (as long as you don’t break the site rules!). You can also find notifications in the same menu drop down at the top of the page as well as on your profile page. When you go to other people’s pages there will be a link to friend request them.

Your profile page will show your friends which forums you’re posting in, and any post that you want to create to you profile page so your friends can stay updated with you just like you would on Twitter!

For bandwidth (amount of space we have on the servers) we can’t allow photo posts on your profiles but you can use html codes to include them.

If you’d like to put a picture just find the link of the picture and type <img src=”picture url here”> and boom your picture will show. 🙂

If your picture is too big and runs off the page (like it was in this instance)

just add into the code to create your height and width like this:

<img src=”your picture link here” Height=”50%” Width=”50%”> and it will size down the image. You can use any percentage however you want to choose the same percentage for both so your picture keeps it’s proportions.
