    Have problems with dehydration?
    Try Plant Nanny (iOS and Android). You have to drink a certain amount of water every day to keep your plant alive.

    Have problems with remembering when to take your medication?
    Try Round (iOS and Android). It sends you scheduled reminders to take your medication on time, and if you need a refill.

    Need a general pick-me up?
    Try Booster Buddy (iOS and Android). You get to pick a character and need to perform three actions per day to wake them up – as well as checking in daily with your current mental health, creating an action plan in case of emergencies, etc.

    Get Self Help is a website containing worksheets designed for CBT and monitoring yourself. It contains help for disorders such as anorexia nerovasa, ADHD, depression, OCD, etc.
